No pop-up form forcing me to download their app.
Nice, right?
But wait!
The next day, when I returned to check the scores again, a form popped up, nudging me to download their app to save me from the hassle of repeated visits.

Now, on my third visit, I expected a pop-up form with a different copy maybe.
But, no more pop-up forms.
Instead, an interactive animated display ad gracefully invites me to explore their app.
Why the switch?
Well, it’s all about finding that sweet spot between aggressive selling and gentle advertising.
The first pop-up form?
It’s there to remind me and give me that little nudge towards making a sale.
But then, they pump the brakes because bombarding users with pop-ups can quickly turn spammy.
So, they opt for a milder approach – an animated ad that catches my eye without overwhelming me.
Marketing is a fine art, guys – knowing when to push and when to pull back.
That’s how you keep users engaged without driving them away.
Kudos to GOAL for mastering the art of subtle persuasion!
